Some self-care sewing with a skort

Summer is around the corner and wearing jeans is beginning to be too hot. And I also have a ton of knits (but shhhh!).

A few weeks ago, I applied to be a tester for 5 out of 4 Patterns but unfortunately, I wasn’t chosen. Nevermind, this skort really appealed to me so I bought the Adventure Skort when it was finally released.

I traced a size M (sizing is really generous because I’m a solid US size 16) . I also preferred to use Stitch Upon A Time’s boxer pattern for the shorts part because I know that this pattern fits me well.

I should have chosen a lighter knit since 5 layers at the front made a too-thick seam.

So comfy!

This one is extremely lighweight and really breathable (you might have already seen this fabric on my Nolina leggings, Etoffe Malicieuse!).
